Our New Client Natural Hair Styling Experience is a comprehensive, luxury service designed to establish a healthy foundation for your hair journey at DEW Beauty Co. We intentionally reserve extended time for new clients to ensure your experience is thorough, unrushed, and personalized. Your appointment begins with a microscopic scalp evaluation and in-depth consultation, allowing us to assess the overall health of your scalp and hair, identify any concerns, and create a care approach tailored specifically to you. You’ll then enjoy our signature Head Spa Experience, which includes: -Double cleansing of the scalp and hair -Hydration treatment to restore moisture balance -Steam therapy to enhance penetration and circulation -Essential oil therapy to support scalp health and relaxation -Water halo treatment for deep nourishment and renewal This process prepares your scalp and hair for styling by creating an optimal environment for healthy growth. Following the Head Spa Experience, your hair is styled to enhance your natural texture and movement. Choose from styles such as a Wash and Go, Twist Out, Two-Strand Twists, or Natural Box Braids. Each style is customized to complement your curl pattern while preserving moisture, definition, and overall hair health. A precision trim is included to maintain the integrity, shape, and vitality of your hair. This experience is ideal for new guests seeking expert care, intentional styling, and a strong foundation for long-term healthy hair.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or in person at our salon. A valid credit or debit card and state issued ID will be required to secure your booking. Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of appointment charge. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service amount. 2. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer a 15 minute grace period, your appointment may be canceled after this time frame. Late Arrival Impact: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service time may be shortened, and you will still be charged the full amount for the service. If your late arrival requires rescheduling, a fee may apply. 3. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns with your treatment or service, please bring them to our attention before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue during your appointment. No Refund Policy: Once a service is completed and you have left the salon, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details. 4. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect your treatment. Failure to disclose such information may result in adverse reactions for which we cannot be held responsible. Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise health and safety standards. 5. We use high-quality, professional-grade products in our services. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please inform your stylist before the service begins. Product Purchase: All products purchased from our salon are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. 6. Prices for our services are available on our website and at the salon. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
