Our Returning Client Silk Press Experience is designed for guests who are maintaining healthy, well-cared-for hair at DEW Beauty Co. Your appointment begins with a scalp analysis and consultation, allowing us to assess your current hair and scalp condition and continue caring for your hair with intention and consistency. You’ll then enjoy our signature Head Spa Experience, which includes: -Double cleansing of the scalp and hair -Hydration treatment to restore moisture balance -Steam therapy to enhance penetration and circulation -Essential oil therapy to support scalp health and relaxation -Water halo treatment for deep nourishment and renewal Following the Head Spa Experience, your hair is carefully silk pressed using professional heat-protectant techniques to achieve smooth, sleek results while preserving moisture, movement, and shine. Each silk press is customized to your hair’s needs and finished with a precision trim as needed to maintain the health and shape of your hair. Whether you’re refreshing your look or maintaining your routine, this experience leaves you feeling polished, confident, and supported in your healthy hair journey. Upgrade Your Experience (Optional): All styling services include our signature Head Spa Experience. For guests seeking an even more elevated and indulgent treatment, you may upgrade your Head Spa Experience to The Full Experience during your appointment. The Full Experience Upgrade includes: -Extended scalp massage and relaxation techniques -Enhanced hydration and treatment steps -Additional time for deeper restoration and care Upgrade Cost: +$85 The upgrade will be added to your payment at your in-person appointment. Returning Client Eligibility: To book this service, you must have had an appointment at DEW Beauty Co. within the last 4 months.


Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or in person at our salon. A valid credit or debit card and state issued ID will be required to secure your booking. ​ Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of appointment charge. ​ No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service amount. 2. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer a 15 minute grace period, your appointment may be canceled after this time frame. ​ Late Arrival Impact: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service time may be shortened, and you will still be charged the full amount for the service. If your late arrival requires rescheduling, a fee may apply. 3. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns with your treatment or service, please bring them to our attention before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue during your appointment. ​ No Refund Policy: Once a service is completed and you have left the salon, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details. 4. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect your treatment. Failure to disclose such information may result in adverse reactions for which we cannot be held responsible. ​ Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise health and safety standards. 5. We use high-quality, professional-grade products in our services. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please inform your stylist before the service begins. ​ Product Purchase: All products purchased from our salon are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. 6. Prices for our services are available on our website and at the salon. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. ​ Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
