Our Wig Braid Down service starts with The Mini Experience—a relaxing cleanse, exfoliation, and hydration treatment for your scalp. Afterward, we expertly braid your hair down in a neat, flat pattern that creates the perfect base for your wig. The secure, comfortable braid down ensures your wig fits perfectly, while a precision trim promotes healthy hair growth underneath. This service provides the foundation for both style and care, setting you up for a seamless wig experience.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or in person at our salon. A valid credit or debit card and state issued ID will be required to secure your booking. Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of appointment charge. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service amount. 2. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer a 15 minute grace period, your appointment may be canceled after this time frame. Late Arrival Impact: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service time may be shortened, and you will still be charged the full amount for the service. If your late arrival requires rescheduling, a fee may apply. 3. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns with your treatment or service, please bring them to our attention before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue during your appointment. No Refund Policy: Once a service is completed and you have left the salon, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details. 4. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect your treatment. Failure to disclose such information may result in adverse reactions for which we cannot be held responsible. Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise health and safety standards. 5. We use high-quality, professional-grade products in our services. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please inform your stylist before the service begins. Product Purchase: All products purchased from our salon are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. 6. Prices for our services are available on our website and at the salon. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
